Les soldats drieghanis ont fait de leur mieux pour développer un moyen de communication précis et adapté au terrain accidenté des hautes terres de Drieghan. Les signaux gestuels, qu'ils utilisent pour échanger des informations sur leur emplacement et leur situation, ont été créés au fil du temps. Dans la plupart des cas, les soldats ont recours à des drapeaux et des torches, qui peuvent également servir d'armes en cas de besoin.

it's not the top of the library where all the npcs are it is the smaller building also with the open roof you have to get on top of the taller building, go to the corner where the ribbons connect the buildings and jump over. that's where the point is.

quest can be gotten from a guy just east of Marak Farm, elevated from the fighting on the road. can't believe there was no location data for this posted yet

马拉克农场东边跟红狼对峙的地方，右边高台有个NPC给任务“撤退信号”获得。
