Il faisait partie des rebelles de Mediah et est devenu le bras droit du premier capitaine des Rebelles du château de Cron.
Mais après la mort de ses camarades et du capitaine lorsque Giath, le nouveau roi des gobelins a attaqué le château de Cron, Tachros ne trouva plus aucune raison de combattre. Il est alors parti pour Velia, où il entraîne désormais les recrues.

De nombreux aventuriers de passage à Velia viennent voir ce soldat chevronné en quête d'enseignements techniques avancés.
