Une pierre rare d'une lumière étincelante qui ne s'éteint pas, même la nuit. Cela peut sembler étrange mais cette pierre ne peut être reproduite à l'identique. Mais avec de la chance, elle peut tout de même être fabriquée après plusieurs tentatives à condition d'avoir des connaissances sur la Pierre impérissable. Il paraît que les enfants l'appelaient le petit soleil.

its random proc, sometimes you can get 1x Inextinguishable Stone every 5-10 trys, sometimes you can get 1x every 10-20 times,.. and sometimes almost never.

So to be clear, this is the Alchemy recipe (at a utensil). It's an RNG chance, not 100%. You also need knowledge from the Library at Calpheon on the table of the bottom floor near the "Curious Ru" NPC which will cost 200 Energy.
