I saw ten children living in dismal conditions.
Feeling pity for their plight, I made a new material.
Traces of flame, coal processed by children,
broken Black Stones, an indomitable will,
and shining particles just like their tiny selves.
I gathered as many as the number of children and attempted countless
times,
but out of ninety-four attempts
I only succeeded in making it shine six times.

Мне привиделось "десять" детей, которым грозила опасность.
К счастью, мне удалось создать новое вещество, способное помочь в этой
ситуации.
Следы от "огня" и обработанный детьми "уголь",
разбитые "Черные камни, несгибаемая" воля,
"сверкающие частицы"...
Если я не отпущу рук, пусть даже девяносто четыре попытки из ста окажутся

Anyone get any trigger then just one? cause mine just only one for 10 tries.

its random proc, sometimes you can get 1x Inextinguishable Stone every 5-10 trys, sometimes you can get 1x every 10-20 times,.. and sometimes almost never.

So to be clear, this is the Alchemy recipe (at a utensil). It's an RNG chance, not 100%. You also need knowledge from the Library at Calpheon on the table of the bottom floor near the "Curious Ru" NPC which will cost 200 Energy.

Here is all you need to know in order to craft this.... I almost quit because I didnt get any quest or anything else.
Charred Stone and Inextinguishable Stone are Manor related items. You have to finish the Manor quest first in order to unlock any Manor related items
