It IS in the Goblin cave, and YES it is VERY hard to find.
Keep looking, check every little corners. It will be there for sure and I guarantee it.
It is well hidden, go into every little pouches of room with fences on it. Other players may have already taken it and is regening.

You need a minimum gathering skill of beginner 10 or higher to be able to gather this node. I imagine many "newer" players are not aware of this. The nodes will flash blue but not be gatherable (nor show any text).
