Quest description says bring Mugwort x3 and Garlic x20 however there does not appear to be any mugwort in the game and in addition the complete conditions only talks about garlic. Handed over the garlic and was given the coins, CP and skewer and the quest ended with no follow-up from the NPC or from Black Spirit. Only by following the chain in this website was I directed to find a widow in order to continue the questline. Anyone without access or knowledge of this site would be left stranded with no idea what to do next. Why it's like this I have no idea.
