I got one with a shovel so not sure if this quest is 'bugged' in that sense, that you dont need prof 9 before? thats weird.

Well, the description says that the quest would be easier, if you'll have Prof 10. So maybe it's not a requirement, but rather a recommendation.

I have Gathtering Prof 9 and did all the quests who are required, Still cant get this quest.

The quest appeared at PM 5:50 for me. Maybe it's after a certain hour.

Все хорошо, только вы не правы, профа должна быть на Сбор Эксперт 10, и только в этом случае появится задание.
