Недоступен квест, условия выполнены. На некоторых ресурсах пишут, что необходимо 260 очков влияния.

I have 268 and I'm level 55 and got this quest. I had 256 or 257 and I couldn't get this quest, so I guess that's legit.

I have 258CP and it's not giving me the quest yet, so yeah, 259CP for sure 
[EDIT] 10 pm in game, lv 56, 259 CP and neither NPC at the stable is talking to me while I have 113 amity with Lara

I can Guarantee you need 259 or higher Contribution in order to obtain the quest, however, I am at the stables, and cannot interact with anything/anyone other than the mysterious man, and he has no conversation options to progress in the quest.

Update: Once you have the quest, you can only talk to the mysterious man in the stable at 1:00am in game time.

I'm lvl 54, have 259 Contribution Points and more than 100 Required Amity with Lara and its 11PM in Game, but there is no Quest

Confirmed requirements are level 56 and 260 CP and it's a night quest. Anything below those and the quest will now show up.

am level 55 and have 260 CP. got the quest at 8pm. couldn't talk to the ghost in the stable until 9pm though.

I literally just did this at 1228 in the middle of the day. Maybe they removed the night requirement.

i did it at 1 pm. idk how it works but it was daytime. also got 350cp and lv 58.

Starting the task from Lara,you can get the task if you install 100 files with Lara
