This "quest chain" needs for you to wait an entire day since you have finished one of each parts.
For example, if you started "Back to Golden Toad Inn I", Rulupee won't show you next quest "Off To The Next Adventure II" before 24 hours have passed. This also happens when you end "Back to Golden Toad Inn II" and you try to start next one "Off To The Next Adventure I" and you finished until "Back to Golden Toad Inn I", Rulupee won't show you next quest "Off To The Next Adventure II" before 24 hours have passed. This also happens when you end "Back to Golden Toad Inn II" and you try to start next one "[url=https://bdocodex.com/us/quest/11056/17">Off To The Next Adventure III".
