I was able to meet Broman (Edman's brother&quotwink.gif by having 311 amity with Edman. The required knowledge is greater than 250 and =< that 311.

You need 300 amity to be able to speak to his brother (Broman).

the rates are shit sometimes but doing this helped me a ton in the end, might aswell just greet him tho, depends on your luck

Yeah I am at him and well.... the people just give 20~23 and have just 60-70% chance... man ... that make not fun sad.gif
