From the adventure journal: "He wrote that he was ambushed by bandits on his way to see his mother with a gift..." And then: "I promised myself to grant him his final wish." Very noble of Chief Bartali, except the adventure log has no additional quest to deliver this item to the dead man's mother! A missed opportunity for sure. I'm donating mine to Lara's orphanage in Heidel.

Fun useless fact: The pendant item description in game says "made by assembling five decorative pieces together." However, you assemble it with only three! Ok, I'll just see myself out now. Cheers!
