Los soldados drieghanianos trabajaron duro para lograr comunicar su posición y situación en el salvaje y elevado región de Drieghan. Las señales de alerta de los soldados son la forma de comunicación por excelencia de los soldados, desarrollado a lo largo de mucho tiempo. para enviar estas señales se utilizan tanto antorchas y banderas, aunque en general se prefieren las antorchas que además de mandar señales también sirven como armas.

it's not the top of the library where all the npcs are it is the smaller building also with the open roof you have to get on top of the taller building, go to the corner where the ribbons connect the buildings and jump over. that's where the point is.

quest can be gotten from a guy just east of Marak Farm, elevated from the fighting on the road. can't believe there was no location data for this posted yet
