can it be obtained from farming (fences) delotia or just from delotia "bushes" that are in Odilita region ??
if yes can it be obtained from the special / magic / mysterious delotias ?

Im asking cause im into farming but havent seen single one yet

You can get the seed while gathering with your bare hands, not just in Odillita, got one from gathering a bush near Veila.
You can farm it into green, blue and magical - but this takes the white harvest

The Essence can only be obtained through gathering. Mastery seems to have no effect on rate but level appears to. I tested the seeds for two weeks and not one essence dropped.

I was gathering Delotia with Hoe and got the knowledge. So knowledge is not only from bare hand gathering.
