`The drop percentage is low and so is the mob count which makes this item a pain in the ass to get. But have patience, you will get it!
I suggest swapping to an alt char to AFK cook or something while waiting to swap server or for them to respawn.
You can also get Ogre knowledge from Jordine Ducas which can help if you get an S rank. But you will need high amity with her but its rather easy.
Once you have knowledge you can also set them as a target in your knowledge window. Which will highlight them on your minimap

If you get this there is a 15% chance (not confirmed officially) that you will get the ogre ring from it or a shattered necklace which is useless

The Shattered Necklaces aren't useless anymore, you can turn in 100 of them for a regular Ogre Ring.

Im farming the soiled ogre ring for 10hrs and still nothing, what i shoud do?

Just hit it ever couple of days for an hour or something, don't do it straight it takes a while. I think I had one drop in my first few attempts and didn't know I needed it for the book and the next one took me a couple of weeks a few hours at a time here and there. Best of luck.

I got it from the Ogre without any knowledge and got instant the Ogre Ring
