The descriptions says "Right-click to start Enhancement".

In Enhancement page(same with black spirit enhancement page) I can't drag Black Spirit's Claw to slot.

Maybe you just have to right-click it in the Inventory?

I think you found the solution since all this time vut if somone else need help about that:

1) Unequip the outfit you want to enhance
2) Right clic the Claw
3) Place the outfit in the window
4) Place the claw and enhance
