As Okjinsinis longed more and more for the dragon that had left them, the soft sound that had been heard in their hearts became clearer. Soon, they associated the sound of their hearts with the stars in the night sky and recorded it in their own way, making it into a single tablet.

They call this an incomplete prophecy, because it's just half a prophecy. They know the other half belongs to the Abets. But they were afraid the prophecy would be fulfilled. Perhaps its result would be that the dragon who left them would never return.
