It was Chief Dudora who offered the foundation of the Areha story. Is it your first time reading about the palm forest boy? I thought it was quite famous... This reminds me of when I was young. Because it was one of my grandma's favorite bedtime stories.

The Tavern is slightly south of the quest giver, 10-15 seconds away by walking.

it's located in the arehaza's chief house in the the room of 2nd stairs (go around the house to find the stairs) and as mentioned above it costs 10 energy
