Go to Aakman in the southern part of the Great Desert of Valencia.
You'll find someone there you can talk to.

this is how the Aakman looks a-like, you can find him in the South from Rabam the NPC, try really not to look for a city, it looks like in the picture there, I upload also a link mentioned down where you can see it in higher pixels how the environment looks-a-like.
