Erste Quest ist "Energisches Velia" bekommt man vom Schwarzgeist!

It's virtually impossible to obtain the letter you need to complete Jarette's Support. The instance of her that is supposed to be in the Western Camp is just simply non existent. And the instance of her in Heidel has no options to talk to her.
I sent the devs a ticket about the bug twice and only ever gotten a halfass reply telling me to just do other quests in the area. They don't think I already did that?
I've had to just come to terms that I will never, ever finish this quest line.

This quest is not the start of the chain. To start the chain accept Vigorous Velia from the black spirit.
