Why not show off your skills? Likke Behr will take special care of you! Hunt a deer, skin it, process the hide and bring it to me. Deer Hide is soft. That's why it's used in various situations. When I get hung up on these types of quests it usually because of the requirements. But with the life skills consolidation its becoming less of an issue. Maybe thats whats causing problems for you?

I'm master 20+ on every life skills, I have done all available quest in Trent and Behr locations, and also have the two knowledges required for this quest.. 
Update: after asking to the support, it seems that I have already done the quest, but the fact it is still visible on the map is a bug.
