I'm over lvl 12.
I have Gathering at lvl 6.
I checked on my Life quests.

This quest isn't popping up on the NPC. What am I doing wrong?

Berserker lvl 16 gathering lvl 8 it is my 6th alt that I am trying to get it but the quest doesn't appear
the other 5 alts were ok

after asking my Shadow budy about crafting i got some Quests in Velia and then i could start this Quest.

As others have stated, this quest might only be doable on up to 6 characters. I have submitted an inquiry to PA and waiting response, i will update.

This quest chain is either updated or bugger or both... It's just not there on higher level characters...
