The jealous Papu says all the stinkin' Otters cluttered around the sand castle site are hurting her sinuses. Go to the guided location, clean out 10 Otters, then return to the Papu.

※ You can obtain Papu Transformation Scrolls by talking to the Panipani Villager at Terrmian Beach.
※ The losing camp in the "Thousand Year War - Sand Castle Shore-Down" will appear at the Sand Castle Crasher.
