The quest name may not be the same in black spirit's Event Quest list. Dont worry. Just summon the black spirit, select Quest (Key A), and look at Event Quest tab. It navigates to Alustin who is in Keplan. You take the quest "[Event] A Rift Within a Dimension" from Alustin.

Exchange 1x of each Powder of Crevice, Wise Man's Blood and Trace of Origin. The items may change in future, just interact and chat with Alustin find out which items does he want.
