Thanks for confirming this. The recipe is quite old. It seems they removed it.

Hmm, so i guess there's no way to get those knowledge entries anymore then? It's what i was going for and how i found out. Kinda weird they didnt remove the entries if so.

I was browsing the patch notes in search of the info on these. It said, that you can get these stones randomly, when exchanging the Rough Lustrous Gem:
