In this case [Freharau and Enlightment], [Delicious Water], [Cultist's Burned Document] are useless.
According to AFL in screenshot it was not the case when it was taken, but game changes.
Now they have extremely low Favor ranges, nice Interest level and effects for extra Interest Level.
They are useful when you need to get multiple Interest Sparks and/or increase Interest Levels of last few knowledge in mini-game.
Depending on NPCs Interest Level there might be better knowledge to get Interest Sparks and some nice Favorat same time.
Check out my other comment for raw data to support my statement.

Data of knowledge at NPCs Interest Level at 40 (mid-range) and Favor at 20 (low-range). Sorted in descending Interest Level order.
Note that Interest Levels, Favor ranges and effects change after game updates

Be flexible, do what mini-game requires.
Don't blindly follow outdated builds, see what those builds do.
Not gonna research for best builds since it takes a lot of time to make for all scenarios. And even regular maintenance of BDO changes knowledges quite a lot.

This one is wildly inconsistent. I've gotten 0-42 amity but it misses more often than it hits
