Hmm, the recipe here doesn't work at all. Like when i try manufacture with 1 green coral, 3 red and 3 blue it says "it is not working at all". Is it locked behind guru processing? I'm at master 28. I'm just trying to get all the knowledge possible.

You're correct. It seems all three recipes were removed and you can get this item only via trading. I've marked the recipes as disabled.
