All the alchemy "blood" recipes follow the same pattern.
1x "rare item": Spirit's Leaf, Monk's Branch
1x "alchemy reagent": Pure Powder Reagent, Clear Liquid Reagent
1x "powder/trace"
2x "blood"

So for this recipe, it would be 1 Spirit's Leaf, 1 Clear Liquid Reagent, 1 Powder of Darkness, and 2 "Blood 1"
