You can kind of cheat on these advanced elixir tasks by using a Blue Reagent, which is a lot easier to get than trying to burn through tons of blood materials.

Accept the quest(s), then make three elixirs in case you get lucky. If not, then buy a blue reagent from a material vendor for 50k. Combine 3 green elixirs and blue reagent using simple alchemy processing to finish the quest condition.
