roses and sunflower not necessary, just have to follow quest waypoint and press R on flower NPCs (there are 2 waypoints/ 2 flower NPCs) and its done. I have done this on SEA server btw, could be different for other servers.

This quest is bugged in 2021, you will have to wait next patch on April, the 14th for it to be fixed.
