If you are doing this quest after lvl 50 (pvp enabled), you can do it safely inside Delphe Knights Castle. You can get both fertilizer sack and broken bottle there.

Much more easy this way than the spot marked in the quest... Big TY save me a few hours. That fertilizer took me 4 hours before seeing this photo.

I have tried this for 2 days non-stop fishing. and Got 0 Bottle
