so, the ogre escaped, where is this knoledge now? quite sure I've talked to every soldier there and still cant find it...

According to this thread on the official forums of the game, it's a bug, which was fixed at March 20th. Some people however are still experiencing it with certain characters on the account. Try to contact the support about it.

Just talk to Armstrong, the instructor near the ogre's former spot. He'll give you the knowledge.
