Para Prajurit Drieghan telah menaruh banyak upaya agar bisa menyampaikan posisi dan keadaan mereka di atas dataran tinggi Drieghan. Sinyal tangan dan lengan dari para Prajurit Drieghan telah dibuat dan digunakan dalam jangka waktu yang panjang, yang digunakan sebagai cara komunikasi antar Prajurit. Mereka juga biasa menggunakan bendera dan obor api. Di antara mereka, mereka biasa bergantung kepada Obor api yang bisa digunakan sebagai senjata pada saat diperlukan.

it's not the top of the library where all the npcs are it is the smaller building also with the open roof you have to get on top of the taller building, go to the corner where the ribbons connect the buildings and jump over. that's where the point is.

quest can be gotten from a guy just east of Marak Farm, elevated from the fighting on the road. can't believe there was no location data for this posted yet
