Can be obtained by killing the floating black aura you see around Calpheon Shrine. You have to get close to it to bait it to the ground then kill it. The aura will only last for a short time after it is on the ground. Pictures (Click)

NOTE: Not sure when they changed it but I got everything else but this thing. I've gotten the energy set b4 obtaining this.
