Чтобы получить доступ к знанию "Красный лист пальмы". Нужно сначала пройти пару квестов. Берем квест "Поиски сестры" у нпс Искатель приключений в локации Скалистая застава возле ворот. Квест приведет нас к нпс Мереол в локации Скалистая застава, у нее берем квест "Беспокойство сестры". Квест приведет вас к пару нпс. Только после этого вы сможете увидеть квест в нпс МУРАСА и квест "Профессиональный подход", а не то что написано на сайте. Рекомендую взять у всех квесты и пройти их :

To gain access to the Red Palm Leaf lore, you must first complete a couple of quests. Accept the quest "Searching for Sister" from the adventurer NPC in the Rocky Outpost area near the gate. This quest will lead you to NPC Mereol in the same area, where you can accept the quest "Sister's Care" from her. This quest will lead you to several NPCs. Only then will you be able to see the quest from NPC Murasa and the quest "Professional Approach." I recommend accepting and completing quests from all characters:
