- Description: It is similar to the torrent catfish, but can be distinguished by its lower jaw, which is shorter than the upper jaw. Additionally, it differs from the reddish bullhead by having grooves on the inside of the pectoral fins. The body is slender and elongated, with a head that is flattened vertically.
