Requirements:

- Transcendence

Super Armor during the skill
Damage Reduction +50% during Super Armor.
Absorbs 33% of the damage taken as Do energy during the skill.
- Absorbed Do energy can be retained for 8 sec.
- Do energy can be retained up to your max HP.
- The absorbed Do energy will be lost if you are hit by a CC.

Absorbed Do energy can be released through skills other than Fan Training.
- Released Do energy will bypass enemy defenses.
However, the released Do energy cannot be greater than your max HP.
Not affected by effects which increase/decrease Attack and/or Movement Speeds.
