Talk to the Black Spirit and find out what's going on. ※ Complete the [Invitation from I] Someone Beckons questline found under the Main tab in the Quests window, then proceed with "The Last Stronghold, Atoraxxion" quest to enter Atoraxxion: Sycrakea. ※ You can find Vaha's Time Capsule in Vaha's Paradise, which opens up after defeating the final Ancient Weapon boss of Atoraxxion: Vahmalkea.

You need to turn this in at Vaha's Paradise, the last room in Vahmalkea. If you have already left the dungeon, you can go back in, use the first teleport to Vaha's Garden, and then use Lucretia's Dagger to teleport into Vaha's Cradle. At the cradle, you must kill the boss again to access Vaha's Paradise.
