- Description: Chapter 2: Clash of Jwado and Woodo The discerning eye of Gildong had never dulled. From the moment Bihyung became an official disciple, his growth was nothing short of dazzling. Yet, his fellow disciples often dismissed him, mocking his origins as a stray beggar. Undeterred, Bihyung devoted himself entirely to his training. Gildong knew well that a seed of vengeance lay deep within Bihyung's heart, fueling his meteoric rise. However, Gildong could not fulfill Bihyung's desire for retribution. The long-standing war between the Jwado and Woodo Schools had come to an end with the conclusion of the Mount Ahshi summit. Not only did the Jwado School have to learn the once-forbidden training theories of the Woodo School, but they also had to exchange trainees. This sudden era of peace left Bihyung bewildered. Just last month, those who had harbored deep hatred and a thirst for each other's blood were now expected to coexist harmoniously. As a mere novice in the Jwado School, Bihyung had no choice but to endure this new world, despite his disdain. Yet, the world would not leave him in peace. One day, a trainee from the Woodo School, upon seeing Bihyung performing a ritual for Younggoo, sneered, "Offering rites to a mere dog? This speaks volumes about the Jwado School's standards." The provocation was too much for Bihyung to bear, and in a fit of uncontrollable rage, he left the Woodo trainee battered and broken. Gildong, upon hearing of the incident, summoned Bihyung immediately and began to reprimand him sternly. | |
