I have the marker on the map but I can't find Kona seems others haveing issues too.0

Ok I have found Kona but he does not offer any missions. I've run all around the area, down in to the arena do not find any npc that offers missions.

Check the requirements for the quests. All quests Konah gives have some requirements.

I was also stuck where Konah had no more quests for me and Unstoppable Thirst for Power #2 was saying I had to complete the quest series King of the Arena, but I could not see the series in the quest log.
Solution:
Go see Kunga https://bdocodex.com/gl/npc/44641/
Do his quest line (A special health tonic), he will then send you to see Orc Hunter Brodie https://bdocodex.com/gl/npc/50212/
You will have to give Brodie a 1M gold ingot in the chat option.
Then Brodie will send you see Konah, who will now give you the quest to go see the Steel brothers. You should be ok after that.
