- Description: The Otter next to the flower loving villager shows no interest in the flowers. However, after seeing the glass shard, he says that he saw something similar in the bottom of the lake. Go diving in the lake near the waterfall to find the glass shard. | |

You need to press the Jump Key while you are swimming, Queek! The Otter did not seem to be interested in keeping the glass shard so I got to keep it and now we have two glass shards! Oh! The glass shard from the flower field fits perfectly with this shard from the lake... but there seems to a piece still missing. We need one more shard! | |

If you are talking about the location shown on the map, it's the location, where the quest should be executed. So it's not always the NPC in question. Basically it's the same area as shown in the game on the mini map.
