I will introduce you to Tulid. He is the keeper of our Oath of Forest Contract. However, he will only see those who hold a Forest Bow. If you really want to help restore Kamasylve's light you can go get one from a Forest Ronaros Marksman. I will introduce you to Tulid. He is the keeper of our Oath of Forest Contract.
