Minuette (start NPC) can be found inside Aakman Temple Ruins via sand portals

You can find Minuette in 2 ways if you want to do the quest. One is to look for NPC Madun where there is a small Temple entrance to his right side below him. Go into the Entrance and just follow the one way path till you see him where there are several shais, you won't miss him. 2nd Way is to enter the Aakman portal and follow the spiraling stairs (where NPC Lonely Palieva is) way up till you reach the top.
