There should've been plenty of good stuff ...like dark beer and rum. How unfortunate.

You need to buy 5x High-Quality Wine, you can get it from the local innkeeper. Beware, it costs 100k silver each.

I tried giving Rum and beer which are cheaper but quest didnt progress.
