Only 4 x Bunch of High Quality Parchment available from Wolfgang so channel hop to obtain more before travelling to Altinova. 8 x items covered it for me but check price etc.

Dont have to trade to mediah, only need to make a profit. This seems to be the case with any quest in this chain that requires you to earn x amount of profit

As of 5/5/2023, with the trade changes, you only need to talk with Trade Manager Triee in Behr and then with Quina in Altinova to complete.
