※ This quest requires you to gather certain items to manufacture an actual weapon.
※ Use Grinding in the Processing window on the Time and Space-Condensed Kyve. You will obtain an item you can Manufacture with another item to complete the kibelius.
※ Check the item description of the item obtained after grinding the Time and Space-Condensed Kyve for the rest of the necessary items.
※ If you lose the item, speak to the Black Spirit to receive another one.

all you do is just Grind(L) Time and Space-condensed Kyve and Manufacture(L) it with Kibelius, the Ancient Spear from Valancia part 1 Main quest line and the grinded cube.

It means you have to open the Manufacture menu by pressing L, and then use the Grind.
