- Description:
A man said there is plenty of food coming from the Plantation, but it isn't delivered to the Slum. Find a Plantation Wagon around the North Gate and carry Sacks of Rations to the Slum.

Norma Leight sends a wagon of food to Calpheon City every day, filled with wheat and corn.
