Let's see if you can get hold of those fruits. 1. Plant crops in the field. 2. Constantly tend to the crops to obtain Fruit of Magic Power, Fruit of Perfection and Fruit of Nature.

I personally don't grow crops that give Fruit of Magic Power/Perfection, so it might not be accurate:
- Fruit of Magic Power > (Fortune Teller Mushroom/Emperor Mushroom/Hump Mushroom/Tiger Mushroom)
- Fruit of Perfection > (Fog Mushroom/Cloud Mushroom/Arrow Mushroom/Bluffer Mushroom)
- Fruit of the Sun from Wheat/Tomato (+ Corn/Paprika)

I suppose manual gather also works for this quest

Edit: Fruit from manual gather does count towards quest completion, at time of writing (Oct 19, 2016)
Got lucky on 1 gather, 2/3 done

As someone said on the previous quest, if you "improve" a crop made with Mysterious Seed then you will get it automatically. So you can have a Mysterious Emperor, Arrow, and Wheat ready to go when you accept the quest and finish it instantly.

Just gather, ALL 3 fruits can drop from Amanita Mushroom around Khuroto Cave. Took me less than 5 mins to get all three, Profession 9 gathering, 350 mastery.
