Rare? How bout almost never...15 hours in the jail, also Rosnaros only place I've heard of any falling. You don't have to have the quest active to get it a guildie got a drop wasn't even trying for it. One in 1500 and you'd better hope it drops in your bag.

Gotten 4 so far while grinding for great marnis. Not too hard to get. One at Protty cave, one at Centaurs, one at Nagas & think last one at Basilisk. Kinda forgot the last spot. Probably like 50 hours in total.

Everyone must lead a charmed existence they never fall for me, of course i'm also the one that took four years to get a vell heart and just got two less than a month apart. RNG in this game makes me twitch.
