1- Buy the Fertile Oil-Rich Soil from Material Vendor - Geranoa in Calpheon City ( 5.000.000 silver ).
2- talk to Merv in Calpheon City - She sells the Fertile Oil-Rich Soil if you have 400+ amity with her.
3- go to the location in Oze's House -[Manor] Forgotten Journal-.
4- go to Rhua Tree Stub - inside the tree you will find the Glowing Flower.
5- Go back to Merv in Calpheon City and talk to her to get the Keplan Horned Cocoon Silk.
6- Craft the Carpet in a T5 Furniture Workshop.
