Quest makes no sense how complete it dumped this quest as well.

You have to sit on the bench under the staircase on the first floor and Eavesdrop. (default key F1)

I have added a pic as to where you sit for this quest in the NA server, but I am waiting for the moderators to okay the pic and hopefully they will add it. Thanks to Xenosuke though, I did work out where to sit. Basically you will see the 3 guys standing and sort of jousting, and then you will see a table beside them where there are 2 people sitting and a little person standing next to the table. There is a bench on the other side of that table where you sit and then you can eavesdrop on their conversation. As soon as you press F5, the quest should complete!! :-)
